Forex broker scam alerts: latest regulator warnings
1,114 websites and names in the forex, binary-option and crypto-derivative categories of the French financial regulator's blacklists, newest first. Last verified 22 Oct 2026
How to use this list. Each entry is listed on the AMF blacklist: the Autorité des marchés financiers (France) has published it as an entity or website not authorised to offer those financial products or services in France. Search for every name and web address you've been given, including the trading platform's address. Not being on this list does not mean a firm is licensed: new unauthorised sites appear all the time, and this list covers France's warnings only. Always look up the firm's licence on the regulator's own register, and read the AMF's page for the official version.
